Master Martini takes centre stage at Sigep 2017 with outstanding representatives

at Sigep 2017, Master Martini presented its wide, diversified range of new products for artisanal baking and bread making professionals. The many new entries encompass all categories: from the FiorFiore bread making mixes to the Hydrall creams, from Irys cake design to Ariba chocolate in response to market demands and in the quest for high quality, innovation and service content. In support of the new product launch, a comprehensive calendar of appointments with a star-studded guest list: the famous bread maker, Massimo Vitali; the sandwich artist, Daniele Raponi; and the cake designer, Teresa Henriques.
